In the very rare occasion that your ring snaps or your charm comes off, we will happily repair your ring! If your ring is within it's 1 year guarentee then this is free, if it's been over 1 year then there is a £10 charge!

All you have to do is send your ring to Dollie HQ:

As soon as we receive it we will have our Dollie makers repair it as soon as possible and sent back out to you!
